2 Days into a blog and I already skipped a day! Geezes! Well yesterday started out great because when Rudy and I woke up and looked at the clock it said 7AM!! We just looked at each other and said did Olivia really sleep through the night???? YUP!! It took a while to sink in. Ella woke up at 4 because the poor thing could not breathe! I feel so bad for her. We are constantly putting saline in her nose (and she HATES it!) because her boogies get stuck. I hope this reflux medicine kicks in soon because I can't stand to see her struggle breathing. Well we got up and got ready and headed over to a Farmers Market in Immokalee. (Mine and the girl's first trip to a Farmer's Market.) It wasn't the prettiest scene but my gosh was the produce was dirt cheap!! Look at all my goodies! I paid $5.00 for 14 green peppers and 12 red ones! Zucchinis that were over a foot long were $1.00 and just as gigantic squash were 2 for $1.00! Stuffed red peppers and zucchini cakes were on the menu last night!
This is Olivia's skin today...SOOOOOOOO much better! I hope this cream keeps working. Yes, this child lives with a smile on her face. Now if we can only get her to smile like that between the hours of 6 and 10 PM when Colic is in full force around here! Today it was what I started calling "Colic Volleyball." One would stop crying for no longer than 2 minutes and then the other one would start and vice versa. It was unbelievable!
Today we went shopping and then out to dinner at Carraba's. As usual, you guys did excellent while we were out. It never fails! Olivia started to mimic me today as I was opening my mouth and saying aaaaaaah. It was the cutest thing! She also started to get tears for the first time today. There wasn't an actual tear drop but her eyes were so watery. Rudy and I just fell apart! How am I supposed to handle 2 of these crying??? As their Tia Cindy told me... you'll get over those tears QUICK! =o)
